ABOUT YOUR SHOOT

Please read before making a booking

• A non-refundable deposit must be paid before your date is secured. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of your photo shoot

• If adverse weather conditions are forecasted on the day of your photo shoot, we will simply cancel and reschedule, this will not incur any charges – Don’t panic!

• I'd suggest having a helping hand on the day of the shoot to help with holding horses/ gaining their attention

• Please feel free to have additional horses/animals/people in your shoot free of charge, just be aware of your shoot length and quantity of photos in your chosen package!

• Travel to clients outside of Essex is charged at 40p per mile (Michigan clients; please get in touch for mileage prices)

• Please make sure all models are clean and presentable, we want to achieve the best outcome

• Shoots are non-refundable

• Please allow up to 7 days for your photos after your shoot, however they should be ready within 3 days

• Re-shoots will only be carried out if absolutely necessary and will be charged accordingly
